About My Friend The Sea and Salt Stone
 
My Friend The Sea’s mission is to harness the efficacy of nature and empower the act of breathing to be it’s best, most productive and healthiest, everyday, everywhere.

The company was co-founded in 2020 by three friends, each with their own respiratory issues, who came together to create something they wanted as part of their own wellness rituals, but was not available on the market. As usual, need became the mother of invention and the company designed and engineered their first product, Salt Stone.

Salt Stone is a personal halogenerator - a device that grinds natural, medical-grade salt into microscopic particles, that when inhaled, can travel throughout the upper and lower respiratory system to help clear and clean airways. 

Salt Stone is used for Dry Salt Therapy. At the push of a button, it turns medical grade salt into a trusted respiratory cleanse.  Salt Stone helps open respiratory airways for better breathing, boosted immunity and increased blood oxygenation and endurance, which is especially important for elite athletes - many of who already use of dry salt therapy to improve respiratory and athletic performance. Three time settings with salt concentrations let you personalize the option that works best for you.  Whether it’s the 5 minute setting with the strongest salt concentration as a way to start the day, or the 15 minute setting with the lightest salt concentration for relaxation or meditation, it’s all at your fingertips.
